Okay, so I REALLY need to go buy me a pair of shoes or two and when I go shopping for some I never know which ones to get and if they good or not. So I wanted to know what was y’alls opinion on the best, hottest shoes to wear.
Also I’m not a big fan of high tops so if you have anything besides that then I’ll go look them up and see if I could work with those.

I do a lot of walking… A LOT. I’m going to England in a few months and I know my walking time will just increase. I need a pair of shoes that I can walk on all day and my feet will still feel great. Thanks!
I travel internationally a LOT and having decent and aggressive arch support and good rubber/nylon treads is critical for travel. Sport shoes may "feel" nice and cushy, but for walking many hours/day, you need the support. Selection of a brand depends on the shape of your feet, and you will need to try them on and see which works best:

If you have problematic feet size (I do…7.5 EEE, short and wide), Allan Edmonds come in an amazing set of sizes and widths, get their casual line with rubber or nylon treads. They also go on sale a lot. These are (normally) pricey, but if you have problem feet size like I do, I don’t always have a choice. Otherwise, the other brands I listed are probably better if they fit you.

They sell Ecco at a lot of stores.
Some models are Gortex-insulated to protect you from the rain and still allow the feet to transpire without locking in water vapor, but you will pay a premium for this.
Again, I can not stress enough that a brand that fits another person may not work for you, so you need to try different brands on and see what works best. Good walking shoes that last are not going to be cheap, perhaps $200 or so. Ecco’s are less, but then are not as supportive as the other brands. Some people swear by Clarks and they are well under $100, but last time I bought a pair they fit me well but my feet still hurt after walking all day. Ditto New Balance although if you need a Nike-looking pair I think they are the best.

I don’t really have any particular style, I just wear what I like, which is usually simple stuff that is cheap and functional.
In the summer I usually wear jean cargo shorts and a plaid button-up (short sleeves) over a white tee. Sometimes I wear full-length jeans in summer too, since summers tend to be coolish where I live.
In the winter I wear plain dark blue jeans and long-sleeved plaid button-ups, made either of cotton or flannel, also worn over a white tee. Sometimes I’ll wear a nondescript grey or dark (blue or green) hoodie if I’m cold.
I generally go barefoot in the summer and wear my hunting boots in the winter. In other situations I wear general tennis shoes, but I’m really thinking about getting a pair of combat boots.
I wear a nondescript black coat in the winter and have a black cap that I knit myself. If it’s cold enough to wear gloves, I wear my dad’s old work gloves which he doesn’t like anymore. I rarely wear sunglasses unless I’m out working on a river or lake, but sometimes I do wear a baseball cap that has my favorite NASCAR racer’s number on it.
I wear my hair in a crew cut.

I just recently bought a pair of TOM shoes online like 2 weeks ago. They just came in the mail today, I ordered a Size 5 because I figured that they would run big considering they are WIDE and I don’t have Wide feet. Well, I put them on and they look freakishly smallish on my feet. I normally do wear a size 6 for most shoes. I’m not sure if I can exchange them for a size 6? or If I should at all..
I’m confused on how to return them? I already looked on the website it was no help. So dont think I’m just a Big idiot.
