What famous American racist said, "I’m blacker than Barak Obama…I even shined shoes!"?
That’s not racist you ignoramus.

Yep he is back. I don’t get why they don’t just ban the IP address that would end this once and for all.
They can’t. First of all, those spammers use ‘dynamic’ IP addresses which change constantly. They may even change from one posting to another. They definitely change from one account to another. Also, they try to avoid such blanket banning because of issues where people usie library, school, or internet cafe IPs (which would ban anybody from that location) or cases where families may share an IP address.
That is why they depend on folks like us reporting these spammers. Report 6 of the answers, write SPAM in the text box — and the staff will be alerted and suspend the account. There is also a cadre of users that hang at the Suggestion Forum who dedicate a BIG part of their time to finding and reporting these spammers, trying to help control them. So there actually is a LOT less of this than there was a year ago.
Merrell and Echo are the two I think of first.

I am a graduate student trying to put together a lesson plan for a 3D art class. The assignment is to paint shoes…something I can find a lot about online, but I am having troubles finding anyone who is famous for it. At this point, I don’t care if they paint on shoes, as long as it is a 3D surface/object. Does anyone know of anyone? Up until this point all of my lessons have began with the presentation of an artists and I’d like to keep the trend going. Thank you!
painting on shoes is not particularly 3D, depending on what you are teaching you might want to make actual 3D objects, not use a 3D object as a canvas for a 2D technique. There is nothing wrong with it, but it depends on the class how appropriate that is.
Even Magritte painted on bottles:

If you look up Sergei Isupov, you’ll find he does an interesting mix of sculpture and painting.

Otherwise, Willie Cole used shoes for quite a number of 3D sculptures.

it depends whos signed them
and you could try an auction like ebay?
I own a factory which exports clothes and shoes to the third developing countries. Now, I’m wondering if American people would accept my products. Please, help me answer my question: if American people would buy non-famous brand clothes or shoes? Thanks
As long as they are good quality yes - of course. But proven good quality is paramount.
No matter how good or cheap a product looks - if it proves to be `unfit for purpose` it will soon flop.
You can`t cheat all the people, all the time.
