Which brand is better? your opinions.

DC most definitely their team proves it with Skateboarders like Danny Way & P.J. Ladd. Sadly Globe Shoes has lost all the heavy hitters but are still able to come out with Globe’s United By Fate. If you’re gonna get DC’s, get the Smith 2.0. It’s mid-top and has super-suede which for sure will never rip. I you’re going for Globe, get the Cheapsk8. It’s vulcanized and perfect if you want to feel your board while skating.

I have to get dark coloured shoes for school and I’ve been getting Globes for ages, and I still want skate shoes but not massive ones like DC.
(And I live in Australia, we don’t have Ice-Creams lol)

Skinny jeans will always look fine, no matter how big your feet are. They sell skinny jeans for guys. Do NOT wear girl pants. THOSE will make your feet look funny.

Ive owned a pair of globes in the past (i forget which model, they were mostly white with little grey globe symbols on the heel) and they were pretty damn good, if not a bit chunky. I bought a pair of generic black and white vans, absolute crap, and im thinking of either going to pauls and buying 2 pairs of appleyards for 100 bucks or getting a pair of considerably better globe tb tajs for $80. my question is which would be the smarter buy? i realise the appleyards are better value, but ive known people who’ve owned them and they have deteriorated pretty quickly. id probably coat them with shoo goo either way, but id like them to last at least a LITTLE while on their own.

here another options to as least try once… go to walmart (yes walmart get over it) and buy a pair or airspeeds… they are $20 -$25 and have good grip, comfortably as hell, and last pretty long… if you dont like them or you think they wear out to fast you only put up $20 or so then you can try the appleyards… im just saying its worth a shot…

I’m rating these by how good they are for skating, not by looks.

will last more than a month? I’ve tired Nike, DC, Vans, etnies(which were even worse than Nike), Globe and Es and they only last about 3 - weeks to month. What are some good skate shoes that will last more than a month?

Im not gonna say vans are for fags or anything but there not the best skatin shoes out ther. But probally the best skate shoe from this list would be Globe superfly there very durable and have good ankle support or my second choice would be etnies faction mid cuz they have a relle good outside sole that makes slides smoother and faster but also hav got good grip but good luck hope i helped

adio. i love them. ive tried etnies, vans, dc, converse, and adio, and i like the adios best. they are comfy, come in so many styles and colors, its impossible not to find something you like.
